Question J

Bill 76-12 provides that a tract of land located in a Manufacturing, Heavy (M.H.) Zone that is at least 40 acres in size and includes an existing building identified as an historic property may be developed and used in accordance with the use, height, and area regulations for the B.M. Zone or the special regulations for C.T. Districts as long as the development proposal includes the retention of at least a portion of the existing historic building.
